America’s Most Expensive Home Is a $95 Million Florida Compound That’s Still Under Construction

A$95 million waterfront compound currently under construction in Manalapan, FL, is this week’s most expensive home on Realtor.com®.

Offering breathtaking views spanning both the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, this 23,399-square-foot estate is owned by Hamptons developer Joe Farrell, who purchased the 1.6-acre property earlier this year. It has been under construction since 2017, when its previous owner began the renovation and expansion project.

Slated for completion this fall, the seaside compound will include a nine-bedroom primary estate, a 4,000-square-foot guesthouse, two pools, a pickleball court, an eight-car garage, and a boat dock.

Other pricey properties this week include a historic Utah property operating as a boutique hotel, a Wyoming log estate with mountain views, and a seaside estate with Cape Cod Bay views that’s also the most expensive home currently for sale in Massachusetts.
