There has been a “Trump bump” in Palm Beach, Fla., real estate.
Top broker Margit Brandt told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo that “even in the last week since the election, we’ve seen $100 million in properties go pending, and we just put another $25 million in pending” as of Nov. 13.
Former “Frasier” star Kelsey Grammer is also looking in the area, we hear.
Spies told Page Six that the “Cheers” actor was seen checking out a $12.9 million home that’s owned by mega-Trump fund-raisers Bill White and Bryan Eure in West Palm Beach.
Spies say the listing at 2916 Washington Road “has waterfront views” and looks out over Mar-a-Lago.

Said an insider, “The excitement of living near President-elect Trump has the market in a tizzy, and everyone is also now clamoring to join the exclusive club. The membership fee has now jumped to $1 million or more and there is a yuge waitlist.”
A rep for Grammer, who publicly supported Trump, did not comment.

Last year, it was reported that Grammer said during a BBC Radio 4 interview that he was planning to vote for Trump, but that he was cut short by publicists for the project he was promoting at the time.
Other stars who support Trump include Sylvester Stallone, who recently introduced the President-elect at a Mar-a-Lago gala.
A listing on Realtor.com says, “With no road between the home and your private dock, enjoy uninterrupted views from The Breakers to Mar-A-Lago, with stunning sunrises and sunsets over the Intracoastal and walk or bike to popular dining destinations.”
