The sellers of the new house at 584 Island Drive originally intended to use it as a custom home for themselves, the Palm Beach Daily News has confirmed. They sold it to a trust.
A never-lived-in house with notable golf-course and lake views has sold for a recorded $28.87 million on Palm Beach’s Everglades Island.
The house started out as a custom home for the sellers, a Palm Beach couple whose identity remains cloaked behind Shamrock Island LLC, the limited liability company that sold the house at 584 Island Drive, the deed shows.
On the buyer’s side was the 584 Revocable Trust, for which West Palm Beach real estate attorney Paul Krasker serves as trustee. He could not immediately be reached for comment. Because of privacy rules governing trusts, no other information about anyone connected to the trust was immediately available in public records.
